Although there are 4 days left to vote, I'll be closing votes for the "Choose a day for a gathering " and "How do we gather?" due to some administrative consideration. I hereby announce the gathering would be held on the 15th March 2009 and we would be having a BBQ @ Serasa Beach. The committee are now negotiating with some authority on some activities that we wanted to have during the BBQ. Venue is somehow T.B.C.
The amount that need to be collected have not been confirm as not everyone voted previously. The price would be cheaper when more people are coming.
Updates would be posted soon. For further info please do not hesitate to post a shout or personally call any of the committee member.
